Recommendation Report

After the preliminary meeting, the systems and materials that will provide optimum operational functions according to the characteristics and concept of the building are selected in accordance with the relevant alternative solutions and reported after being studied in terms of economy.

Preliminary Project

The electrical elements placed according to the employer's requests, structure and furnishing are submitted to the employer's approval, together with the estimated power requirement and sample panel openings.

Permit drawing

The license project is developed over the Preliminary Project, which is approved, and prepared in line with the requests of the institution as a base for the Implementation Project and submitted to the employer's approval.

Application project

The license project is reviewed according to the architectural, static and mechanical application projects, and the necessary revisions, calculations, diagrams, panel openings and other details are prepared and submitted to the employer's approval as fully implemented in the field.

Röleve Projesi

Mevcut kabuk yapının mimarı tarafından alınan ölçülere uygun olarak dağıtım sistemleri oda ve şaft İhtiyaçları yapıyı bozmayacak şekilde seçilir ve Uygulama Projesi olarak işveren onayına sunulur.

Renovation Project

The Ast-Built Projects of the existing structure to be delivered are examined and compared in the field, and the recommended systems are reported to the employer. It is delivered as an Implementation Project after the employer's approval.

Shop-Drawing (Manufacturing) Project

According to the architectural, static and mechanical projects that change in the field, the Application Projects are revised and the details are prepared and delivered according to the selected electrical materials.

Attachment (Hakkediş) Project

Attachment Projects, which should be attached to the progress payment for the monthly work done in the field, are delivered by drawing in line with the information and quantities obtained from the field.

As-Built Project

Based on the Application and Shop-Drawing Projects, the details made differently in the field with the mandatory requirements are drawn as the first source to be applied by the enterprise and delivered with the operation / maintenance booklets provided by the employer.

Design Management

We prevent the electrical project in this direction by interpreting the demands of the architecture and the demands of the employer in the most accurate way, whose design management is carried out in parallel with the architectural project. With our experience, the coordination of all disciplines (including the electrical discipline of course) from the very beginning of the project minimizes the possible problems that may arise in the later stages of the project. Thanks to the coordination, a correct design emerges and the project progresses more technically. Controlling the project budget, scope and work program in the first development stage of the project and monitoring it in the process prevents possible deviations. At this stage, our goal is to monitor that the design team continues to work in accordance with the employer's needs and demands (space, function, qualifications, work quality), total budget and work schedule, and to continuously manage the process through coordination meetings. During this process, we add value to the project by constantly evaluating materials, systems, equipment and application details in terms of time and budget savings.
